Learn more about how our staff can help connect you to the public benefits and social services you need to ensure employment, stability and self-sufficiency.
Restoration seeks to remove social, economic and financial barriers within the communities we serve by providing Central Brooklyn residents with a range of customized social services.
Vital resources and support such as health insurance and food stamps can often be challenging to access or even locate. We offer a wide range of public benefit enrollments designed to meet the needs of the client and connect them to employment, stability and self-sufficiency. Restoration provides access to compassionate, experienced professionals including case managers, lawyers, financial counselors, HPD housing ambassadors, and social workers, that work with clients to address their unique needs and find proactive, lasting solutions to the challenges they are facing.
Restoration will pair you with a staff member to walk you through the enrollment process and help you to understand what is needed to qualify.

Adequate legal assistance from a professional who understands your needs can be a vital component in advocating for your rights. Our staff can connect you to a skilled and highly-trained lawyer to address a range of issues including discrimination in housing and mortgage lending and domestic abuse.
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Restoration has an on-site social worker available to address issues you may encounter. We provide screening for stress, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. We also offer referrals to external trained counselors and other support networks.
Our goal is to identify and support your unique needs. A member of our care coordination team will screen you for benefits, identify the specific barriers to your success, and recommend services to overcome them. We can connect you to both inhouse services and external support through our partner organizations.
