The Partnership for a Healthier Brooklyn (The Partnership) at Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation is funded through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Partnerships to Improve Community Health (PICH) grant. The Partnership coordinates a borough-wide community coalition and supports community-driven activities to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequities in Brooklyn. We are currently seeking proposals from eligible Brooklyn-based contractors to identify and engage local employers in developing sustainable bike share subsidy programs for low-wage workers within Citi Bike’s current and future service areas and for senior serving organizations to create and implement systems for farm fresh food purchasing and distribution.
