Important Service Update

For many years, Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation (BSRC) has been honored to serve the Central Brooklyn community through Financial Counseling, Workforce Development, Benefits Counseling, Tax Assistance, and Care Coordination services. We are grateful for the trust that thousands of residents and families have placed in us as they worked toward greater financial stability, employment, and overall well-being.

Effective June 30, 2026, operations at the Center for Personal Financial Health, located at 1360 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY, will be suspended.

BSRC remains committed to supporting Brooklyn residents. Until further notice, services will be provided at designated RAD-PACT developments throughout the borough. If you are looking for services or need assistance with a referral, please contact us:

Benefits Assistance

For assistance with SNAP, Cash Assistance, Medicaid, Fair Fares, HEAP, and other public benefits:
