On screening days, applicants signed in and the screenings took place in groups of ten at a time. Because some 30,000 people had registered online, the screenings were very competitive and not everyone made it to the next round. Reasons often times were that the resume was not in order, unprofessional attire, applicants came in late, or the applicants attitude was not up to par for a customer focused work environment. To make sure it didn’t stop there, Restoration was available to assist. We signed up many for our services as we offer workshops in resume building , interviewing skills, customer service training, active listening, conflict resolution, job search & networking, job applications, math & literacy in the work as well as job matching and placement.
